However, Location Scout Pro does not guarantee that any presented location will be suitable or available for the Client's project. The Client is responsible for independently verifying the suitability and availability of any location.

4. Permitting and Approvals

Location Scout Pro may assist the Client in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for filming locations. However, the Client is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all required permits and approvals are obtained. Location Scout Pro is not liable for any delays or rejections of permit applications.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Typically, Location Scout Pro requires an initial deposit upon signing the agreement, with subsequent payments due at specified milestones or upon completion of services. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels the service agreement, Location Scout Pro will retain any deposit paid. Additional cancellation fees may apply, depending on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Any photographs, videos, or other materials created by Location Scout Pro in the course of providing services remain the property of Location Scout Pro. The Client may use these materials for the purposes of evaluating potential locations, but may not reproduce or distribute them without the express written consent of Location Scout Pro.

8. Confidentiality

Location Scout Pro agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information, including project details, budgets, and creative concepts. The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Location Scout Pro's proprietary information, including location databases and scouting methodologies.

9. Liability

Location Scout Pro is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of filming locations. The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety of its personnel and equipment while on location. Location Scout Pro's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client for services rendered.

10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Location Scout Pro from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of filming locations, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and permit violations.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Location Scout Pro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website, and the Client's continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
